La cocina peruana brillará en su máxima expresión con la llegada de la 13ª edición de Perú Gourmet, el evento culinario más esperado del Sur de la Florida, que se celebrará el martes 29 de abril en el Coral Gables Country Club desde las 6:00 p.m. Organizado por la Cámara de Comercio Peruano Americana, este festival reúne a reconocidos restaurantes, chefs, marcas peruanas y amantes de la gastronomía.
Los asistentes disfrutarán de una degustación ilimitada de platos y bebidas típicas del Perú, con la participación de emblemáticos restaurantes como Mayu by Aromas, Jarana by Grupo Acurio, UMA, Pisco y Nazca, y servicios como La Cocina Peruana Miami, Sweet Gaby y Helados Don Bosco. En bebidas, destacan marcas como Pisco 100, Caravedo, Intipalka, Queirolo, Rotondo e Inca Kola. Además, habrá un espectacular show artístico con danzas peruanas, la presentación de la cantante Andrea Infante y el cierre a cargo del artista peruano Joselito.
Este año, Perú Gourmet tiene también un propósito solidario: parte de lo recaudado será destinado a la Asociación Emergencia Ayacucho (AEA), que apoya a niños vulnerables en Perú y entrega becas educativas en Florida. Asimismo, se rendirá homenaje a Paulina Montes, presidenta de Manos del Sur, por su destacada labor social.
Las entradas están disponibles en Eventbrite por $100 y se espera la asistencia de más de 700 personas. Desde su creación en 2010, Perú Gourmet se ha consolidado como el evento gastronómico peruano más importante en EE.UU., promoviendo la cultura y el sabor del Perú en un entorno de solidaridad, orgullo y excelencia.
