El esperado lanzamiento de la plataforma estatal Tuboleto.cultura.pe para la venta de entradas a Machu Picchu 2025 se convirtió en un caos este jueves. A lo largo del día, el sistema presentó constantes caídas y períodos de mantenimiento, imposibilitando a agencias de turismo y usuarios concretar sus reservas.
En Cusco , las protestas no se hicieron esperar, con operadores turísticos exigiendo respuestas en la sede de la Dirección de Cultura. Por su parte, el Ministerio de Cultura aseguró estar trabajando para restablecer la plataforma, atribuyendo los problemas a la gran demanda de entradas. En un comunicado oficial, lamentaron los inconvenientes y prometieron resolverlos en breve.
En los momentos en que el sistema estuvo activo, las entradas al Circuito Clásico se agotaron rápidamente, quedando solo espacios limitados para el 4 de enero . Los demás circuitos aún tienen disponibilidad, pero las fallas técnicas siguen afectando el proceso de compra.
El cronograma de reservas se mantendrá según lo anunciado, con ventas escalonadas por meses hasta enero de 2025. Sin embargo, este incidente inicial pone en duda la capacidad operativa para manejar la alta demanda que caracteriza a este destino mundialmente reconocido.
