La gala Premio Miradas de Mujer 2025 se convirtió en un tributo al liderazgo femenino, reuniendo a las mujeres más influyentes del Perú en turismo, gastronomía, cultura y medios. La velada honró a 27 personalidades, entre ellas Rosa Elena Balcázar, guardiana del patrimonio de Rupac; Gabriela Veleizan, chef y activista argentina; y Milagros Ortega, educadora y abogada social. Cada una demostró cómo su trabajo trasciende fronteras.

El turismo tuvo un lugar protagónico con figuras como Giovanna Vega Vásquez, promotora del ecoturismo amazónico, y Hilda Paragulla, cuya empresa Turismo Inkaiko redefine la experiencia de viaje en el Perú. Mientras, Hirma Velásquez fue ovacionada por llevar el pisco peruano a estándares mundiales.
Rosalía Alayo, embajadora culinaria en Chile, destacó por su trabajo no sólo gastronómico sino por la ayuda social a los compatriotas que lo necesitan. Mientras tanto Denisse Hauyon, gerente de Viajobien Perú, ha demostrado que los negocios florecen cuando se lidera con alma y propósito.
Moda con identidad
El evento incluyó un desfile de Creatif Atelier, marca del diseñador Marco Moyano, cuya colección Esencia fusionó alpaca, telar cuzqueño y cuero. “Celebramos nuestras raíces con elegancia moderna”, explicó Moyano, mientras modelos exhibían prendas inspiradas en la cultura peruana.
Visionarias del turismo y desarrollo
La noche también destacó el liderazgo de Elsa Li Rojas, cuya agencia Daphne Li Tours & Travel y su trabajo en bienes raíces han impulsado el turismo con un enfoque social, generando empleo para muchas personas. Junto a ella, María Isabel Espinal, CEO de Sipán Tours, fue reconocida por sus 35 años promoviendo Lambayeque como destino cultural, fusionando historia viva y sostenibilidad. Ambas demostraron que el turismo, bien gestionado, puede ser sinónimo de identidad y progreso.
Reconocimiento popular
Lorena Maggiolo, líder en aviación comercial, recibió la mayor votación del público, destacando su labor en la apertura de rutas aéreas para el Perú. Su discurso resaltó la importancia de “volar alto, pero sin olvidar el suelo que nos sostiene”.
Sostenibilidad y comunidad
Luz Arce, creadora de la primera sal rosada gourmet de San Martín, y Cecilia Paredes, pionera del ecoturismo marino, ejemplificaron cómo los negocios pueden ser motores de cambio social y ambiental.
El cierre con baile y emoción
La gala culminó con presentaciones artísticas que mezclaron danzas típicas tradicionales, simbolizando la diversidad que estas mujeres representan. El brindis, con pisco de Barsol, coronó una noche de conexiones y celebración.
