La Municipalidad de Miraflores presentó oficialmente su Plan de Desarrollo Turístico Local (PDTL) 2024-2030, una hoja de ruta estratégica para posicionar al distrito como el primer destino turístico sostenible, inteligente e inclusivo del Perú. El plan, elaborado con actores públicos y privados, busca fortalecer los segmentos cultural, gastronómico, de eventos y deportivo que caracterizan a este emblemático distrito limeño.
El alcalde Carlos Canales Anchorena destacó que el PDTL se basa en cinco ejes estratégicos: diversificación de la demanda turística, desarrollo de productos sostenibles y competitivos, mejora de infraestructura y seguridad, posicionamiento internacional del destino, y fortalecimiento de la gestión turística local. “Buscamos garantizar excelencia en nuestra oferta para consolidarnos como el principal distrito turístico del país”, afirmó la autoridad edilicia.
Entre los beneficios concretos del plan se incluyen capacitaciones para empresarios locales, desarrollo de nuevos negocios turísticos y el fortalecimiento de la identidad miraflorina como destino de referencia.
