La ministra de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Desilú León, recorrió diversas empresas en Lunahuaná y anunció que el programa “Pisco para el Mundo” beneficiará a más de 50 empresas pisqueras de las regiones de Arequipa, Ica y Lima en 2025. La iniciativa, liderada por el Mincetur, busca agilizar y simplificar la exportación del pisco, consolidando su presencia en mercados internacionales. Acompañada por la viceministra de Comercio Exterior, Teresa Mera, la ministra visitó importantes empresas del sector, como Antigua Bodega Rivadeneyra, Viña Los Reyes, Bodega y Viñedos Santa María, y Vinos y Piscos De La Cruz, reafirmando el compromiso de impulsar este producto bandera del país.
El programa, que inició en 2023, se estructura en dos fases: la primera se centró en identificar las necesidades y desafíos que enfrentan las empresas en materia de facilitación del comercio exterior, mientras que la segunda ofrece capacitaciones y asistencia técnica para adaptar sus productos a las exigencias de los mercados internacionales, incluyendo normativas sanitarias, aduaneras y técnicas. Además, la iniciativa integra a actores estratégicos de la cadena de producción y comercialización del pisco, entre ellos Produce, Promperú, Sunat, Indecopi, Serpost, Digesa, Inacal, el Instituto Tecnológico de la Producción y las autoridades regionales de Lima, Ica, Arequipa, Tacna y Moquegua.
Paralelamente, a través de Promperú se han programado diversas acciones de promoción comercial para 2025, como la Feria FOODEX JAPAN 2025, la BCB BAR CONVENT BROOKLYN 2025, la Rueda de Negocios RETAIL WEEK y el Concurso Mundial de Bruselas, que impulsarán aún más la internacionalización del pisco. “Estamos comprometidos en seguir posicionando el pisco en el ámbito internacional”, enfatizó la ministra, subrayando que, junto con el Programa Pisco 360, esta estrategia representa una oportunidad clave para fortalecer la competitividad del destilado peruano en los mercados globales.
