La reconocida cadena Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants anunció la apertura de su nuevo hotel de lujo en Monterrey para el año 2026 . El Kimpton Monterrey estará ubicado en la imponente Torre Rise , un rascacielos en construcción que alcanzará los 470 metros de altura , consolidándose como el más alto de México.
El hotel contará con 120 habitaciones y 60 residencias privadas , ofreciendo vistas panorámicas de la ciudad. Además, incluye servicios de lujo como piscina cubierta, sauna, salas de masajes, restaurante, salón en el vestíbulo del piso 16 y un espacio para eventos sociales de 13,000 pies cuadrados .
Los huéspedes podrán disfrutar de una terraza, un parque elevado, tiendas y un centro de espectáculos que formarán parte del complejo.
Expansión de lujo en México
Con esta apertura, Kimpton Monterrey se convertirá en el sexto hotel de la marca en México, reafirmando el compromiso de IHG Hotels & Resorts por expandir su portafolio de lujo y estilo de vida en el país.
“Estamos encantados de seguir creciendo en México con una propuesta de diseño refinado y experiencias únicas”, expresó Paul Adán , vicepresidente senior de desarrollo regional para México, América Latina y el Caribe de IHG Hotels & Resorts.
El proyecto se desarrolla en colaboración con Grupo Alora , destacando el potencial de Monterrey como destino de lujo y sofisticación.
