Este 29 de abril, el hotel Novotel Cusco será escenario del lanzamiento oficial del Perú Travel Mart 2025, el principal evento de negocios turísticos del país que, en su edición 2025, tendrá por primera vez a la Ciudad Imperial como sede coorganizadora. El anuncio contará con la presencia de representantes de CANATUR, PromPerú, el Buró de Eventos y Convenciones de Cusco (COCEF), Gercetur y gremios regionales, quienes detallarán las actividades programadas para este encuentro que busca dinamizar la industria turística nacional.
Doble sede: Lima y Cusco en acción
El Perú Travel Mart 2025 se desarrollará en dos etapas: del 26 al 28 de junio en Lima (centro de convenciones) y del 29 de junio al 2 de julio en Cusco, donde se realizará una velada cultural , rondas de negocios y visitas técnicas. El plato fuerte será la experiencia Machu Picchu programada para el 1 de julio, donde compradores internacionales recorrerán el santuario inca, reforzando su posicionamiento como producto estrella del turismo peruano.
Cusco muestra su capacidad organizativa
Las autoridades cusqueñas preparan una participación récord con stands corporativos y experiencias inmersivas que destacarán los atractivos de la región. “Queremos que los compradores internacionales vivan el Cusco más allá de Machu Picchu: su gastronomía, tradiciones y nuevos productos como el turismo comunitario”, señaló.
Innovación y sostenibilidad como ejes
Esta edición incorporará por primera vez un pabellón de turismo sostenible y un hub tecnológico para startups turísticas, alineándose con las tendencias globales. La ministra de Comercio Exterior y Turismo destacó que el Perú Travel Mart 2025 será “la vitrina para mostrar al Perú como destino diverso, seguro y preparado para el turismo del futuro”.
